  •  Registering

In order to apply for positions, you are required to register and complete a CV.
Your profile will be password protected and information remains strictly confidential in terms of our security and privacy policies, however, should you be registering or applying from a public workstation, we strongly recommend you take additional precautions in maintaining optimum security.
(Take time to empty the browser cache and make a point of checking the security settings on the browser).

 

  • Your Résumé

Fill in your details using our online résumé format and validate your information. This resume will be included in your application and you will be able to update your résumé at any time.

 

Note: You are unable to download supporting documents e.g. Matric certificate.

 

  • Applying for positions

In order to apply for position, you will need to be logged-in, search for a job by a unique advert-code/reference number or scroll through a list of available positions.

You will only be able to apply for any position.

You will receive system generated emails confirming, both the application submitted and the outcome of the application based on the minimum screening criteria.


Note: We do not provide any feedback or outcome of applications submitted; the recruiter will contact you with feedback. We do not accept emailed CVs, as applications can only be submitted online, unless otherwise stated in the advertisement.

 

  • Check application status

You are able to check and confirm the submission status of your application. If indicated as ”Incomplete”, click on the link to complete your application, before the closing date. Once completed, the status will be updated to “Complete”.

 

  • Forgotten/Suspended Login Details

You can request or un-suspend your login details online – click on the “Login” window, select “lost your login details”ink and type in your username and/or ID number. Your username and OTP link will be emailed to you to reset your login details.

 

  • Missing Submit/SAVE buttons? System not saving your details?

The system can only be optimised for Internet Explorer 8 and higher, we are phasing out all outdated browsers, we recommend you upgrade to a higher version.
